Find invoices and update payment method

Overview

BaseStack uses Stripe for subscription billing, payment methods, invoices, and receipts. The billing portal is the safest place to manage payment details.

Open the billing portal

Steps

• Sign in to BaseStack.
• Open Settings.
• Find the billing section.
• Open the Stripe billing portal.
• Update payment method, billing email, or invoice details in Stripe.

If the portal does not open

Key points

• Disable aggressive popup blocking for the BaseStack page and try again.
• Confirm you are signed into the account that owns the subscription.
• Refresh billing status in Settings.
• Contact support with the account email and any error message.

Do not email card numbers

Support should never receive full payment card numbers or banking credentials. Use Stripe for payment details.
