Overview
BaseStack provides reporting tools for published pages that appear to violate rules, impersonate someone, host spam, phish for information, misuse copyrighted material, or otherwise create safety concerns.
What to include
Key points
- The public BaseStack URL or custom domain.
- The category of concern, such as phishing, spam, impersonation, harassment, copyright, or other.
- A short explanation of what is wrong.
- Any evidence that helps the team review the report.
What not to do
Key points
- Do not attempt to break into accounts or systems.
- Do not send private credentials or one-time codes.
- Do not repeatedly submit the same report unless new information is available.
- Do not include unrelated private personal data.
Urgent safety issues
If a published page appears to be actively phishing or impersonating someone, include the public URL and the reason clearly so the team can triage it faster.
