Understand AI operations and bonus credits

Overview

AI operations are counted when BaseStack asks the AI to generate, refine, or parse supported profile content. Plans include a monthly operation allowance, and support may grant bonus credits in some cases.

Usually counted as AI operations

Key points

• Generating a new site.
• Refining an existing site with AI.
• Parsing LinkedIn or large profile text through an AI action.
• Retrying after a request that reached the AI service and was recorded.

Usually not counted

Key points

• Manual text edits in the editor.
• Saving a Data Tree.
• Publishing an already generated site.
• Opening analytics, settings, or support.
• Changing billing details through Stripe.

Usage periods follow account state

Your Settings page shows the current usage period and remaining operations. If numbers look wrong after a billing change, refresh billing status or contact support.
