Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a plan

Manage your subscription and understand what changes after a plan update.

Overview

BaseStack subscriptions are managed through Stripe. You can upgrade from Settings, open the billing portal for payment details, and change or cancel eligible plans.

Steps

  • Open Settings while signed in.
  • Review your current plan, AI usage, and site limits.
  • Choose an upgrade option or open the Stripe billing portal.
  • Complete the Stripe flow.
  • Return to BaseStack and refresh billing status if needed.

After changing plans

  • Usage limits and paid features may update after Stripe confirms the subscription change.
  • Downgrading can reduce site capacity, AI operations, analytics, custom domains, and watermark removal.
  • Canceling usually keeps paid access until the end of the current billing period if Stripe marks the subscription that way.
  • Admin overrides or account restrictions can affect feature access.
